Process optimization is one of the main focuses for industry regardless of the segment in which they operate. When it comes to steam, it’s all about increasing efficiency and improving asset availability.
Few years ago, a leading innovative lightweight metal technology company approached us to look into potential solutions to improving their steam process efficiency. The plant has 3 boilers feeding the production units with steam. Original flow meters installed were based on a traditional technology for boiler load control. One boiler may have a higher load than the others depending on the steam demand. Customer was suspecting an over-reading resulting in incorrect yield, and the meters were not responsive to process actions for energy usage reduction. Searching for a solution, the customer approached GE with a request to:
- Assess the efficiency of each boiler
- Measure the impact of process changes for optimization
- Control and improve steam quality
GE’s experts reviewed the installation and recommended that ultrasonic steam flow meters be used. Once installed, the flow meters proved their performance to deliver on customer expectations for improved yield and responsiveness to process improvements. Specifically, the customer reported a yield increase ranging between 2%-3.5% in steam production, resulting of annual savings of $220k based on yearly steam production and cost per ton.
Ultrasonic meters provide accurate and repeatable flow within a wide range (typically 150:1 in this specific case) with no pressure drop, no moving parts to wear and tear, and virtually no maintenance. The meters with pressure and temperature inputs have the needed embedded equations to compute and output the mass flow, which simplified customer’s installation and wiring.
Customer commented that the repeatability and stability over the years (meters were commissioned in 2009) is amazing.

QUY ĐỊNH THANH TOÁN
Nivina quy định hai hình thức thanh toán khi khách hàng giao dịch mua hàng như sau:
Sau khi tiếp nhận đơn hàng của quý khách, Nivina sẽ dựa trên bảng giá bán lẻ nhà máy tính toán tổng số tiền của đơn hàng và báo lại số tiền quý khách cần thanh toán.
I. Phương thức thanh toán tiền mặt.
- Phương thức Giao hàng - Trả tiền mặt chỉ áp dụng đối với những khu vực Nivina hỗ trợ giao nhận hoặc khách hàng sẽ thanh toán trực tiếp tại văn phòng Công ty.
- Với phương thức thanh toán trực tiếp Quý khách có thể đặt hàng qua điện thoại, Email Công ty. Nhân viên chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành xuất hàng cho Quý khách và xác nhận ngày giờ giao hàng với Quý khách.
- Quý khách có trách nhiệm thanh toán đầy đủ toàn bộ giá trị đơn hàng cho Nhân viên giao nhận hoặc Nhân viên bán hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng của nivina.vn ngay khi hoàn tất kiểm tra hàng hóa và nhận Phiếu giao hàng. Quý khách thanh toán đúng số tiền trên Phiếu đã ghi, nếu có bất cứ thắc mắc nào Quý khách gọi lại cho Nivina để được thông tin cụ thể hơn.
II. Phương thức thanh toán chuyển khoản
1) Chuyển tiền/chuyển khoản:
Các bước tiến hành như sau:
1. Đến Ngân hàng gần nơi ở của Quý khách nhất để chuyển tiền/chuyển khoản theo thông tin chi tiết Railflex.vn cung cấp: Số tiền, Tên đơn vị, số tài khoản, Ngân hàng mở tài khoản, nội dụng chuyển tiền/chuyển khoản.
2. Thông báo cho Tổng kho sơn (bằng điện thoại, email, SMS,…) khi Quý khách đã thực hiện chuyển tiền/chuyển khoản.
3. Hoặc Quý khách vui lòng liên hệ với Bộ phận Bán hàng của Nivina theo số điện thoại: (+84)-24-3212-3727 (từ 8h15 đến 17h15 hàng ngày), để thông báo đã chuyển tiền.
4. Ngay khi nhận được báo cáo xác nhận từ Ngân hàng, Nivina sẽ tiến hành thông báo lại cho Quý khách đồng thời thông báo xuất hàng giao hàng cho Quý khách.
Nivina sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm về sai sót trong quá trình chuyển khoản hoặc chuyển khoản sai thông tin, Quý khách phải làm việc với Ngân hàng để được xử lý ổn thỏa, chỉ khi nào tiền được chuyển đến tài khoản của Nivina thì Công ty sẽ xác nhận với Quý khách.
